Our development strategy is milestone-driven. We ensure that every phase of the project—from Discovery to Deployment—is approved by you before moving forward.
For large-scale app development and scaling services, this policy applies to clients who have a signed service agreement for at least 3 to 6 months.
If we fail to meet the technically agreed-upon milestones (e.g., MVP delivery or Feature Sprint) within the committed timeframe, you may request a pro-rated refund for the un-started phases of the project.
Calculation: Total Project Fee – (Cost of Completed Milestones + Admin Fees) = Refund Amount.
Cooperation: The guarantee is only valid if the client provides necessary assets, feedback, and approvals within the agreed timelines.
Third-Party Factors: Delays caused by third-party APIs, App Store/Play Store approval delays, or hardware limitations are not grounds for a refund.
Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of a missed milestone.
